Helpful RFQ details
Product dimensions, case inner size, product weight, target quantity, foam color, material preference, drawing or photo, and shipping destination are enough for a first response.
Useful attachments
Attach product photos, PDF drawings, STEP/STP files, DXF/DWG outlines, spreadsheets, or ZIP files when available. If you only have photos, include a ruler or a simple dimension note so the first estimate is more useful.
What happens next
We review the application, recommend a foam structure, ask for missing details if needed, and prepare a quotation or sample direction.
When material is unknown
If you do not know whether EVA, PE, PU, EPE, anti-static foam, or conductive foam is best, describe the product weight, surface sensitivity, shipping risk, appearance target, and whether the insert will be reused.
Sample planning
For new cases or complex kits, a CNC-cut sample can confirm fit before repeat production. The sample review should check cavity depth, finger access, lid pressure, edge finish, and packing sequence.
